Apex Open Tennis Tournament 2014 at Excelsior American School

DATES: 13, 14, 20 & 21 DEC, 2014

1. The Tournament is open to all.
2. Reporting time for the players will be 20 minutes before the scheduled match time If a player does not report within 20 minutes of the reporting time a Walkover will be given to the opponent.All matches will be played on clay courts.
3. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Tournament organizing committee will be final.4
4. All players must produce the birth certificate, if required
5. All matches will be played with ITF Approved Tennis Balls.
6. Under 06 years Boys and Girls matches will be combined.
7. No Entries will be received without entry form and entry fees.
8. The Organizers will display the draw / schedule of matches at the venue but it is the Responsibility of participants to check the time and date of the matches.
9. Please indicate any A.I.T.A. ranking point on the entry form.
